  • The shipping address provided in your confirmation email is indeed a UPS store, which securely manages our package handling and shipping services.
  • If your tracking number indicates ‘delivered,’ rest assured that we have received your key for modification. In the extremely unlikely event that a key marked ‘delivered’ to the shipping address is lost and cannot be located (which has not occurred to date), Gates Innovations is committed to ensuring no customer is left without resolution. We will cover the costs associated with replacing your key directly through BMW.
  • Once your key is checked into our system, you will receive an automated tracking notification. This notification is generated when we prepare your shipping label. Following this notification, your key is typically shipped within 2-4 business days.
  • The initial UI of your BMW digital key fob will feature the Gates Innovations logo. However, for personalization, you can easily change this emblem. Simply hold your finger on the logo for 10 seconds to access a screen where you can select a different emblem of your choice.
