THREE-YEAR NO HASSLE WARRANTY ON AUTO AIR COMPRESSORS:
At EZ FLATE, we believe in the superior quality and long-lasting durability of our auto air compressors. That’s why we are proud to offer a comprehensive three-year, no hassle warranty on all our auto air compressors. If you encounter any issues, we will repair or replace your auto air compressor with a new one – limited to one replacement during the warranty period. Our warranty covers mechanical defects and issues arising from normal use of the auto air compressor. Please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, damage due to misuse, or modifications made to the auto air compressor after purchase.
How to Claim Your Auto Air Compressor Warranty:
- Contact Our Support Team: If you experience any problems with your EZ FLATE auto air compressor within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- Provide Purchase Proof: To process your warranty claim, please provide your purchase receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
- Visual Evidence of Issue: To help us understand and resolve the issue efficiently, please include photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem you are experiencing with your auto air compressor.

For domestic warranty replacements of your auto air compressor, EZ FLATE will cover the shipping costs.
For international warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the replacement and any applicable duties or taxes. We will always utilize the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) code that minimizes the chance of incurring duties or taxes on warranty replacements. However, we cannot guarantee that these items will be free of charge, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Note for Auto Air Compressor Purchases Before March 2024:
For customers who purchased their EZ FLATE auto air compressor before March 2024 and require warranty assistance beyond the original one-year warranty period, we are still here to assist. Please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] for dedicated support.
AUTO AIR COMPRESSOR RETURNS:
If you are not fully satisfied with your EZ FLATE auto air compressor purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
To qualify for a full refund of the product price and any taxes paid, the returned auto air compressor must be in new and unused condition. If the returned item is not in new and unused condition, it may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined at the discretion of our processing team.
Returns are eligible for a full refund of the product value and taxes initially paid. However, please note that the original shipping fees paid to send the auto air compressor to you are non-refundable.
