For sale is my meticulously maintained 2014 Ford Focus ST, boasting the highly desirable ST3 package. If you’re looking for a fun-to-drive, practical, and reliable hot hatchback, this could be the perfect car for you. With 125,000 miles (and ticking as it’s my daily driver), this Focus ST has been primarily used for highway commuting and has been treated with the utmost care.
This Focus ST comes fully loaded with the ST3 trim, which includes premium leather heated Recaro seats, a navigation system, a sunroof, and the impressive Sony sound system with subwoofer. You’ll appreciate the comfort and features, whether you’re on a long road trip or just cruising around town.

Performance and Handling:
Under the hood, the 2.0L EcoBoost engine delivers exhilarating performance, making every drive enjoyable. The Steeda short throw shifter and shift bracket enhance the already sporty feel, providing crisp and precise gear changes. Handling is further improved with Steeda adjustable rear end links, ensuring confident cornering and stability.
Wheels and Tires:
This Focus ST comes with two sets of tires to tackle any season. Currently mounted are Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 summer tires with approximately 80% life remaining, offering excellent grip in warmer months. A separate set of winter tires is also included, ensuring you’re prepared for colder climates and snowy conditions.
Braking and Battery:
The brakes are in excellent condition, measuring 9mm all around – these are stock Ford brakes known for their reliable stopping power. The battery is a Duralast, replaced in August 2020 at 95,000 miles, so it has plenty of life left. The windshield was also replaced in November 2021.
Modifications:
While mostly stock and focused on reliability, this Focus ST features a few tasteful and functional modifications to enhance the driving experience:
- Steeda Short Throw Shifter & Shift Bracket: For quicker, more precise gear changes.
- Steeda Adjustable Rear Endlinks: Improves handling and reduces body roll.
- Morimoto XB LED Fog Lights: Provides superior visibility in foggy conditions.
- Laminex Yellow Fog Covers: Adds a sporty look and protects the fog lights.
- Green Filter: A performance air filter for improved airflow.

Condition:
This 2014 Focus ST is used but in very good condition, both inside and out. I recently had it inspected at the dealer during a tire swap, and it received a clean bill of health, with only minor issues noted – a tag light and cabin air filter, both of which will be replaced this week.
I have been diligent with maintenance, performing all services myself (excluding tires and alignments). Oil changes have been done every 5,000 miles using Mobil1 high mileage 5w30 and Motorcraft filters.
As expected with a car of this mileage, there are some minor cosmetic imperfections. There are rock chips on the front end from highway driving, and three wheels have curb rash, with one wheel having a dime-sized chip near the tire. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the car’s performance or reliability.
Honest Disclosure – Carfax Accident:
Transparency is key, so I want to disclose that there is a minor accident reported on the Carfax. This occurred when I backed into my father’s Murano in the driveway at a very low speed (around 6mph). The damage was minimal, resulting in the replacement of the rear bumper and left rear taillight. There was no structural damage, and it was professionally repaired. This was a low-impact incident and does not affect the car’s integrity or performance in any way.
Reason for Selling:
I originally purchased this Focus ST as a reliable and fuel-efficient commuter car due to a change in my work situation. As an active duty military member, my driving needs have changed again, and I have a new vehicle on order (a Bronco, arriving in about 3 weeks). Rather than trading it in, I’d prefer to sell it to an enthusiast who will appreciate this well-maintained and capable hot hatch.

Price:
I am asking $10,500 for this 2014 Ford Focus ST. I believe this is a fair price considering the ST3 package, included modifications, excellent mechanical condition, and the peace of mind knowing it has been enthusiast-owned and meticulously maintained.
Location:
The car is currently located in Southern New Jersey, near Atlantic City. I am originally from Northeast Pennsylvania and travel home frequently, so meeting in that area could also be arranged.
If you’re interested in seeing the car, please reach out. I am available to show it after 2:30 PM on weekdays. Title is in hand, ready for a smooth transaction. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to own a fantastic 2014 Ford Focus ST!
