Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $129 USD within the domestic US! We aim to deliver your Cybertruck key fob and other accessories within 6-12 business days, depending on your specific location within the United States. For our international customers, delivery times typically range from 6-12 business days as well; however, please note that for some products and destinations, it may take up to 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.
We proudly ship our products internationally, bringing Keyfobx.com accessories to customers worldwide. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and region. The shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s destination. Customers in Canada should be aware that shipping times may be slightly longer depending on the product’s origin and their location within Canada.
Please be aware that discount codes cannot be applied to purchases after the order has been placed. If you wish to use a discount code, it must be applied during the checkout process. We are unable to retroactively apply discounts, and in such cases, the order would need to be canceled and re-placed, or the discount applied to a separate, new order. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.

US Orders
For customers within the United States, returns are simple and hassle-free. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with the return process, and we cover the cost of return shipping. As long as the item is returned in the same condition as you received it – unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging – you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if there is no defect or issue with the returned item, the original outbound shipping cost incurred by Keyfobx.com (if free shipping was provided due to order value or VIP tier) will be deducted from the refund amount.
We also understand that life can be busy, and sometimes you might not get around to inspecting your purchase until after the initial 30-day period, or perhaps you purchased in advance of your Cybertruck delivery date. In such situations, please still reach out to us. We pride ourselves on our flexible and understanding customer service and will do our best to assist you.
In cases where a returned item is clearly used, damaged by the customer, or missing components, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with refurbishing the product (if possible) so that it can be used as warranty stock, minimizing waste and offering value to other customers.
International Orders
We also gladly accept returns from our international customers. However, as our system does not currently support automated return labels for international shipments, the responsibility for return shipping costs falls to the customer. For international returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as this provides security and confirmation of delivery. Typically, your local postal carrier offers the most cost-effective tracked shipping options. Prior to sending back a return, please contact us to authorize the return and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For items returned within 30 days of receipt and in resalable condition, we will refund your original payment method. For returns outside of the 30-day window, we will issue store credit.
Single-Use Products
Please pay close attention to this important detail regarding single-use products. Certain items sold at keyfobx.com are considered single-use once their protective backing is removed. While we are always happy to assist you with achieving a successful installation and offer guidance, these types of products become non-returnable once the backing has been removed. We strongly encourage you to ensure you are satisfied with the product itself and comfortable with the installation process before proceeding with removal of the protective backing, as we cannot offer refunds for items with removed backings or for failed installations.
