- Timeframe for Claims: If you receive an incorrect item, find something missing from your order, or notice any damage, you MUST report it to us within 10 business days of receiving your merchandise. - Our Error – We Cover Costs: If we made a mistake in processing your order, we will take full responsibility. We will cover the original freight costs and provide a return shipping label for the incorrect merchandise. Our priority is to correct our errors promptly and at no cost to you.

- Replacements for Order Issues: If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged items, we offer a replacement option. - Shipping Costs for SRA Returns: If you choose to return an item under the Seel Return Assurance policy, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Condition for SRA Returns: Items returned under SRA, including universal key fob covers, must be unused and in their original condition. This includes all original paperwork, packaging, and accessories.
- Processing Time for SRA Returns: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it has been received at our Fulfillment Center. We strive to process SRA returns as quickly as possible.
- Lost or Stolen Returns: UTOPIA CREATIONS (d/b/a Simply Greek) and keyfobx.com are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping items back to us. For items valued over $50 USD, purchasing additional shipping insurance is recommended for your protection.
Returns & Exchanges of Custom/Personalized Products
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. However, due to the personalized nature of some of our products, including custom universal key fob covers if offered, we generally DO NOT accept direct returns or exchanges on these items, UNLESS you have purchased Seel Return Assurance.
We partner with Seel to provide Return Assurance for custom and personalized orders. Without Seel Return Assurance, all custom and personalized orders are considered FINAL SALE. Please carefully review the product description to identify non-refundable and non-exchangeable items before ordering.

Buyer’s Remorse Policy
Returns of our stock* items, including universal key fob covers, due to buyer’s remorse are accepted within 10 business days of order delivery. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING as a promotion, and you return the order or item(s) due to buyer’s remorse, the seller’s original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit refund. Please also note that a $3.50 handling charge will be applied to ALL approved returns/exchanges under the Buyer’s Remorse Policy.
